Where can I see the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can track your order by logging into your Asqeu account and visiting the My Orders section. Shipping updates and tracking links will also be shared via email or whatsapp.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders are usually processed within 8-12 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order in real time.
Can I change my shipping details after placing an order?
Shipping details can be updated only before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll try our best to assist you.
Why does the fabric colour look slightly different in person?
We aim to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or device differences. These subtle differences are normal and do not indicate a defect.
How do I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our support team with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
How do I get my refund?
Once your cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit to your Asqeu account. The store credit can be reused on future purchases.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges as per our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact. Please refer to our policy page for detailed eligibility and timelines.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future—stay tuned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and selected digital wallets.
