1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
2. Damaged or Defective Products (Important)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, it is mandatory to share clear images and videos for verification.
Please ensure you provide:
- Clear images of the damaged/defective area
- A continuous, unedited video of the courier package being opened (unboxing video)
- Images of the outer packaging and shipping label
Requests without proper images or an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
This helps us investigate the issue accurately and resolve it fairly.
4. How to Raise a Request

5. Review & Approval Timeline
Once your request is received, our team typically takes up to 5 business days to review and verify the details.
All requests are subject to approval after quality checks.
6. Refunds & Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit will be added to your Asqeu account and can be reused on future purchases.
Store credit will be processed after the request is approved and verified.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
- Size exchanges beyond the one-time allowance
- Color differences due to lighting or screen variations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
8. Final Note
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification by the Asqeu team. The final decision rests with Asqeu.
