All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We currently ship within India.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 8-15 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is on its way.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping offers will also be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Address & Delivery Details
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Address changes can be requested only before the order is dispatched.
Once shipped, delivery details cannot be modified.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery is delayed or a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
