• Asqeu is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Asqeu reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery timelines are estimated at 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Asqeu’s control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy.
• Size exchanges are allowed once per order, within 7 days of delivery
• Damaged or defective items require clear images and an unboxing video for verification
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit only
